Return / Exchange Policy

Ray Motorrad is committed to providing you hassle free returns and will ONLY accept returns if it is purchased from our website www.raymotorrad.in

Please request a return by sending a mail with complete order details to support@raymotorrad.in within 7 days of delivery of product. Please mention “Return: <order no>” in the subject line and the reason of return in the mail.

Please ship the product to the address communicated at the time of return initiation.
 

WHAT CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE ?

1. Wrong Item
 

If your order arrives and it’s not right (an error from our end), then we will correct it, AT NO COST.

2. Warranty

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know and we’ll help you regarding the same

3. Damaged Packages
 

a. What if the product is received in damaged condition ?

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

  • Also, please call our customer care at 9886365000, take pictures/ videos of the damage and email us at support@raymotorrad.in mentioning your Order ID.

  • We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

b. What if the product is received in damaged condition upon opening ?​​​

  • Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged, by calling our customer care at 9886365000, take pictures/ videos of the damage and email us at support@raymotorrad.in mentioning your Order ID.

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). The original tags should not be removed and make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

  • We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer.

4. Defective Product

All products are thoroughly inspected for any damage and defects prior to shipment.


However, Please let us know ASAP if you happen to receive any goods that have defects.

  • Please call our customer care at 9886365000, take pictures/ videos of the defect and email us at support@raymotorrad.in mentioning your Order ID.

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). The original tags should not be removed and make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

  • We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer.

5. WRONG SIZE

  • You can return the new, unused and unaltered item within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once the item is received and inspected by our team then your re-order will be processed.

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order          (To and Fro).

  • The product will be shipped only after buyer pays the Shipping Charges.

  • All shipments must be made in prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.

  • Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order.

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). The original tags should not be removed.

  • All items must be packed in their original packing (or equivalent bag protection) and include all original tags. The bag protects the item from the cardboard. Items packed without the protection most likely will arrive scuffed and will be returned back to the customer.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products SHALL NOT be eligible for return or replacement.

  • Any item which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered as used and cannot be returned.

  • Any item which shows signs of Use/Wear or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging , all original Tags and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

  • Items sold on Sale

  • Out of stock items arranged specially for a customer

  • Customized Items

6. CLOSEOUT PRODUCTS.

  • Closeout is a privilege offered to riders to buy products at a discounted rate.

  • WE WON’T ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE FOR ANY CLOSEOUT PRODUCTS. So make sure you choose appropriate size from the given size chart.

IMPORTANT

  1. If an item is returned after being used or without original packing then it will be termed as invalid return and will be returned back to the customer for which an additional fee for reshipping has to be paid.

  2. Ray Motorrad is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
